THINGS TO DO BEFORE STARTING A BUSINESS


                     Starting a business is always challenging. While most of you are having a business idea but really having trouble, how to execute it?. But with a lot of research, most of them finally came with a business plan and some still stuck in the middle. So here I like to share some key, things to do before starting a business.

Write your business plan

                          Even you have a plan in mind, it’s always better to write the complete plan of what is your business and what are the things you are going to do by the time being. By this way, you can always do things according to an order and you will not miss anything because each and every step that you are having is very important 



 Make your team 

                          By making your team means to choose people who are going to be with you. Obviously you may have a few people in mind but have to make sure they are the best you can choose. Try to have experienced one to guide you because they always know better 


Understand the risk 

                         There will always be a risk with new business understanding and avoiding or facing it is an important thing. Understand risk like who are your competitors and how can we overperform them or financial problems can also be a risk. Analyse it and solve it 

For example if you are starting grocery identify your competitors and study there cons, maybe they don’t have a home delivery service, so you can avoid that risk by marketing with you provide delivery service 


Time 

                      Time is an important thing that you should know about in building the business. Take time to plan your business, take time to study your business, and always wait for the right time to start your business. Just understand the economy, is it healthy to launch your business. 


Map your finance  

Always plan the investment you are going to make. Choose the best and affordable if your business demands machinery or whatever. Always try to start your business small and grow.


Focus your customers 

     Once you are on with your business always try to understand your right customer and understand there needs. Always make sure that whatever your product or service is you are providing them with the best they can get 


For example if you are starting a laundry service make sure your customers will have their clothes super clean and ironed very well 


Always see ahead 

          Always try to see years ahead. How your company will be in 2025 and what are the volume of your customers and plan according to that in the present. This will always boost you and your business.



And last but not least, provide a powerful message. About what customer problem you are solving and so the reason customer should pay you for. This is what define you among the customer and makes what you are providing a Brand and enjoy what you are doing
